Cookie policy
Last updated 1 October 2026. Applies tolearning.nyuchi.com. TheToddle Enhancement Extension sets no cookies; see the extension below.
The short version. Until you choose, this site keeps two values of its own in your browser and sets no cookies. Analytics cookies are set only if you agree to analytics. The support messenger's cookies are set only if you agree to it and then open it. Refusing is one press, and changing your mind is one press too.
What is stored, and why
"Cookies" here includes the browser storage this site uses instead of cookies for its own two values. Lifetimes for Google's and Intercom's cookies are the ones they document for their products; they set them and may change them.

Your three choices
- Reject all (or ignoring the banner): only the two strictly necessary values. No cookies.
- Choose: tick Analytics, Support messenger, both or neither.
- Accept all: analytics cookies are set, and the messenger's cookies are set if you open it.
Advertising is never switched on: this site runs none, and the advertising signals in Google's consent settings stay denied whatever you choose.
Changing your mind
Press Cookie choices at the bottom of any page. It reopens the banner with your current answers, and withdrawing is as easy as agreeing was. You can also clear this site's cookies and storage in your browser's settings, which takes you back to being asked.
Contact with third parties
- Google Analytics. With analytics refused, Google's tag still loads and sends Google a page-view signal without cookies and without identifying you. That is how Google's consent mechanism works, so "no cookies until you agree" is exactly true; "no contact with Google until you agree" would not be.
- Google Fonts. Fonts are loaded from Google, so your browser contacts Google and Google sees your IP address. No cookie is set for this.
- Intercom. Nothing loads until you press Support. Until then the button is just a button.
- The feedback form sends what you type to Formspree when you press Send. It stores nothing in your browser.
The extension
The Toddle Enhancement Extension sets no cookies and contains no analytics. It keeps your switch settings and your licence key, if you have one, in Chrome's storage for the extension, on your own device. On Toddle's own site it also keeps a few housekeeping values in the browser's storage: a copy of the switches and of which features the licence allows (not the key), whether flags are hidden, the My classes choice, the number of the academic year Toddle is showing, and the style of Toddle's message button. None of it is about a student, and none of it is sent anywhere. Thedata handling andsecurity pages have the detail.
